Mateusz Płatek

Mateusz Płatek loves photography and dancing. He took his first photographs 15 years ago, way before the advent of digital photography. Even now, he likes to use a conventional film camera for shots that have more soul and life.

What he loves about photography is the possibility to capture beautiful details of everyday life and to preserve the memories of places and things of the past.

Dancing, his second passion, complements the first one perfectly. Mateusz admits that learning to dance taught him the basic principles of dance movements, which in turn enabled him to predict and capture interesting moments. In addition, dancing bring his him extraordinary joy. Why? Any dance lover will know the answer to this question.
