How to pick up festival's passes
The Festival Office: check-in and registration.
You will be able to check-in and pay for your pass (if you haven’t done it yet) in 3 locations:
- Salsa Libre Studio, 38 Solec Str.
- Ground Zero Club, 62 Wspolna Str
- SGGW Sports Center, 10 Ciszewskiego Str.
This is how and when you will be able to collect your pass:
FULL PASS
- Thursday from 16:00 till 23:30 in the Salsa Libre Studio (the pre-party location).
- Friday from 13:00 till 15:30 in the Salsa Libre Studio.
- Friday from 17:00 till 19:00 in the SGGW Sports Center (the main workshops location).
- Friday from 20:30 till 24:00 in the Ground Zero Club (the opening party location).
- Saturday from 10:00 till 18:00 in the SGGW Sports Center.
BEGINNER PASS
- Thursday from 16:00 till 23:30 in the Salsa Libre Studio (the pre-party location).
- Friday from 13:00 till 19:00 in the Salsa Libre Studio (the beginner group workshops location).
- Friday from 20:00 till 24:00 in the Ground Zero Club (the opening party location).
- Saturday from 10:00 till 18:00 in the Salsa Libre Studio.
PARTY PASS
- Thursday from 16:00 till 23:30 in the Salsa Libre Studio (the pre-party location).
- Friday from 13:00 till 19:00 in the Salsa Libre Studio.
- Friday from 20:00 till 24:00 in the Ground Zero Club (the opening party location).
FRIDAY PASS
- Friday from 13:00 till 15:30 in the Salsa Libre Studio.
- Friday from 17:00 till 19:00 in the SGGW Sports Center (the main workshops location).
SATURDAY PASS
- Saturday from 10:00 till 18:00 in the SGGW Sports Center (the main workshops location).
SUNDAY PASS
- Sunday from 10:30 till 15:00 in the SGGW Sports Center (the main workshops location).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please take your ID with you, it is going to be required to confirm your identity at the check-in.
You may also take a confirmation of your bank transfer (just in case).
If you are going to pay for your pass in Euros at the check-in, please do have an exact amount
of money. That would prevent us from problems with giving you the change
Euro is not an official currency in Poland, so far).

- The reservation can only be made by payment.
- In case of resignation we will be able to return only 50% of the amount paid.
